Qualifications & experience

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Sales and Sales Promotion skills
• Experience with operating systems
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• This is a full-time on-site role in WP Kuala Lumpur as a Sales Promoter at Trade Lab Sdn Bhd.
• As a Sales Promoter, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers, promoting sales, and demonstrating product features and benefits.
• You will also assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain effective communication with the team.
