Sales & Purchase Coodinator - Urgent Role

Job Scope:

.        Sourcing for material and issue PO to suppliers.

.        Follow up material & delivery status with suppliers.

·        To do quotation, handle customer orders, enquiries and documentation.

·        To key in customer orders, arrange and keep track on all deliveries.

·        Perform timely and accurate updates of information to customer.

·        Follow up and liaise with operations and customer on delivery schedule.

·        Organize, arrange for goods delivery and planning on stock control.

·        Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

·        Candidate must possess at Higher Secondary/STPM/UEC/"A" Level/Pre-

U, Diploma in any field.

·        Required Skill(s): good interpersonal and communication skill, computer

literate etc.

·        Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, on the job training will be provided.

·        Salary is negotiable based on experience & qualifications.

·        Working hours: 8.30AM to 6.00PM (Monday to Friday)

Experience:
