Job Description: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for look for new leads and client closure by scheduling meetings and telemarketing. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

• Aggresively engage with new clients and perform closure.
• Demonstrating product features and benefits.
• Answering customer questions and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
• Participating in training sessions and staying informed about product updates and promotions.
• Upholding company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and safety.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Willingness to learn about our products and industry.
• Additional recurring sales commission on closured clients up to 2x Salary

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is often preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and providing them with product information and assistance. Written communication skills may also be necessary for completing sales transactions and documenting customer interactions.
• Interpersonal Skills: A friendly and outgoing personality is important for building rapport with customers and creating a positive shopping experience. Sales associates should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Will be guided by company.
• Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are crucial for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales representative should be patient, attentive, and responsive to customer needs.
• Flexibility: Sales associates should be willing to work a flexible schedule, minimum 8 hours a day.
• Professionalism: Sales representatives should present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, including following company dress code policies and adhering to workplace conduct standards.
