Job Description

• Grow, expand, and execute new marketing plans, resellers, and potential clients via cold calling, site visits, or email.
• Develop brand awareness for company products.
• Provide great dealer services, introduce and provide product information, answer retail inquiries, address problems, and organize sales issues.
• To maintain a good relationship with our sales channel representatives, buyers, and dealers.
• Provide full support to the sales force, distributors, and resellers.
• Drive offline sales income, cost efficiency, and administrative efficiency to meet monthly targets.
• Constantly reviewing, providing feedback, and analyzing sales data and sales-related reports for the superior.
• Coordinate all marketing activities in order to maintain and increase business volume as well as internal departments, including logistics, finance, and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Job Requirement

• Applicants must possess with own transport, willing to travel.
• At least 1-year working experience in outdoor sales is an added advantage. 
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, & Bahasa Melayu (verbal and written) is mandatory as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills. High self-motivation for sales.
• Problem-solving ability and consideration of process improvements.
• Good communication skills, able to deliver messages clearly.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to start work IMMEDIATELY / on short notice.

Soft Skills

• Work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and manage numerous design projects simultaneously for timely delivery.
• Having an eye for detail.
