SALES REPRESENTATIVE/ SALES EXECUTIVE (ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE)

Requirements

• Able to speak good English & Mandarin/ Cantonese.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the F&B industry (Alcoholic Beverage). 
• Pleasant personality with good communication and presentation skills.
• Have own transport and have a driving license.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibility

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and prospects to expand our customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their requirements and preferences to deliver tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising & promotions activities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
• Introduce new products when available.
• Reporting on market responses and movements via sales & valuation reports.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
