• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients within the property management sector, including JMBs, Developers, PMCs, KPKT, Majlis, and Associations.
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to tailor effective sales strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers in JMBs, Developers, and PMCs.
• Understand clients' needs and present customized solutions based on the features and benefits of our Property Management System.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

• Deliver compelling and engaging presentations showcasing the features and advantages of our PMS.
• Conduct live demonstrations to highlight the system's functionalities and address client inquiries.

Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

Sales Reporting:

• Generate regular sales reports to update the management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
• Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

Education and Experience:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field is essential.
• Computer literacy is a must, with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Success in the dynamic real estate and technology sectors requires strong industry knowledge, familiarity with the Strata Act, effective communication, networking, time management, customer-centricity, and analytical skills.
• A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the property management or related technology industry, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for the role.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
• The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with property management processes and systems is a valuable asset.
