Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotation and technical proposal to the customers.
- Provide training after sales service, which includes installations, commissioning and upgrading.
- Attend to customer service request for trouble shooting problems, perform corrective actions and complete on-site repairs.
- Conduct calibration and maintenance activities on site.
- Perform after sales service, installation, testing and commissioning.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Provide timely and accurate external and internal professional reports.
- To assist in tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Monthly car allowance & petrol claim provided.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical/Microelectronics).
- 2 years and above of working experience in the related field.
- Self-motivated and pro-active.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Team-player & able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Work from home / Remote.
