Sales Service Executive - Based In AEON Big Prai

Job Responsibilities:

• To achieve the monthly and yearly sales targetas assigned by the management.
• To executemarketing activities as directed by CSU Unit Head/management.
• To ensure all applications orenquiries are attended in a timely manner and to provide excellentcustomer service at all times.
• To handleoperational matters in accordance to departmental, company& regulatory bodies guidelines, IMS, procedures andpolicies.
   

JobRequirements: 

• Bachelor's Degreein Business Administration or any related discipline.
• Experience in Customer Service/ Credit Card Sales/Banking or financial industry background will be an addedadvantage. However, fresh graduates are also welcome toapply
• Computer literate and proficient inMicrosoft Office.
• Fluent in conversing in bothEnglish and Bahasa Melayu.
• Able to startimmediately is an added advantage.
• 6-day workweek with the ability to work on shift rotations on weekends andpublic holidays. (Selected candidates will be entitled for rest dayand off day on alternate basis)
• A strong teamplayer with good etiquette.
