SALES SUPERVISOR (SKIN CARE/PERSONAL CARE) - Energetic Workplace

We are hiring highly dedicated & motivated Sales with must interest in Skin Care / Personal Care who will service existing customer accounts, obtain orders, and establish new customer accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

What will your role be?

Job Responsibilities:-

• In charge of execution of the commercial strategy under own allocated Area to achieve sell-in and sell-out targets, by focusing on the development and coaching of their team and fostering cooperation between Sales Representatives and the supporting functions. 
• Develop trusting relationships with the customers and perform monthly monitoring of the sales in/out for them.
•   Motivates, coaches, accompanies and develops their team members, sets targets, tracks KPIs (direct reports) and sets routing & activity frame 
• Evaluates the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve the team’s performance

Job Requirements:-

• Flexible, determined and result oriented personality 
• Willingness to travel 
• Effective communication and good problem-solving skills 
• Can start work immediately 
• Possess own transportation with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
• Working experience in the pharma industry or beauty skincare industry is an added advantage.
