The Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving annual sales objectives within an assigned customer base in the Malaysian market. This role focuses on strategic customer relationship management, high -impact sales execution, and the promotion of a world -leading portfolio of vision care and consumer health products.
Sales Execution & Strategy:
Achieve annual sales targets through disciplined journey planning and objective setting.
Execute quarterly promotional objectives using Persuasive Selling Skills (PSS).
Secure and maintain premium merchandising space and POSM placement in territory outlets.
Increase "share of spend" by aligning product offerings with current market throughput trends.
Customer Relationship Management:
Conduct detailed product presentations to Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and retail customers.
Understand unique customer needs to provide tailored solutions and operational support.
Maintain solid business relationships and gather local market intelligence.
Operational Excellence:
Master CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage inventory, selling objectives, and sell -through reports.
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to management.
Manage end -to -end administrative processes, including order processing, product exchanges, and credit collections.
Ensure prompt reporting of product complaints or adverse events in compliance with global standards.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or customer -facing roles.
Proven track record in the Healthcare or FMCG sector is highly preferred.
Hands -on experience in managing distributors, retailers, or optical outlets is desirable.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a significant advantage.
Education & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Science.
Multilingual: Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (spoken and written).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Other:
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
