Sales Support Associate - EMEA shift - Continuous Learning Opportunities

The Sales Support team is about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. To do this, sales ops fulfills both strategic and tactical functions. We work with most of the other support functions within Clarivate.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Ascertain effective ongoing support for daily opportunity to order matters including support for renewal processing, change requests and responding to end-user inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in sales process efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with BIS to develop and implement solutions
• Provide a professional, dedicated and customer focussed service to all queries received from all stakeholders
• Interpret requests, analyse results and provide support that adheres to customer contracts and Clarivate norms
• Use internal tools to understand requests and make key changes that will meet the needs of all the customers and colleagues.
• Liaise with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that the Quote details are accurate and consistent, and the Quote is of the highest accuracy and detail
• Ensure that the steps taken comply to the steps outlined in the Quote administrator runbook. Contribute and evolve Quote administrator Runbook.
• Support with release of Salesforce sales process enhancements such as facilitating technical development information into user friendly adoption
• Develop effective working relationships with sales managers and collaborate with partner groups providing service to the business.
• Manage assigned cases and drive performance based upon metrics.
