Penerangan Pekerjaan - Sales Support / Coordinator - Innovative Company

Objectives of this role

  • Works to support customer service and sales representatives.
  • Handling administrative tasks, organizing sales statistics, tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes and managing customer accounts.
  • Help the sales team to strategize efficient promotional techniques and meet sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to smooth running of daily processes and provide premier service to the sales team.
  • Responsible for arranging and reporting sales progress data.
  • Ensure information for application is consistently updated and relevant information is disseminated to relevant parties.
  • Manage the documentation, applications, approvals, inquiries and correspondences in relation to the clients.
  • Assist in carrying out other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by Company.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in finance & banking or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the related field, preferably Junior Executives specializing in Financial Industry.
  • Preferably candidate with basic financial knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
  • Fluent in speaking English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
