Job Scope:
- Support the overall sales teams to ensure the weekly and monthly performance progress is on track and align with the company management plans.
- Prepare for daily / weekly / monthly report progress update on the sales simulation, budget plan and progress and activities of daily sales operations.
- Prepare submission of Plan Proposal, Execution Order, Payment request, and product charge out
- Follow up and follow through closely with respective sales teams on the PO, order placement
- Prepare and consolidate track business performance for business visibility to identify of risk and opportunities.
- Support any other ad-hoc projects / tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holder in Finance / Mathematics or any similar discipline with at least 1 year of work experience in handling operation.
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic, number person, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong in MS Application - Excel skills.
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team-driven organization
*4 Months Contract Position Available.
