Sales Support - Generous Compensation

SumiMa Sdn Bhd was founded in Y2001 as a representative and service provider to a Japanese sogo shosha to support their petrochemicals business in Malaysia market.

Since then, SumiMa has evolved into a trading house conducting own domestic and international business in organic & inorganic chemicals, oleochemicals and specialty chemicals, polymer & resin products.

Now, we are looking for a fresh graduate to join us as our Sales Support, whom will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, including pre and post related activities, which include, but not limited to the following responsibilities…

• To handle existing sales, as well as to develop new sales opportunity.
• To communicate promptly with principals, customers, suppliers and external agents regarding inquiries, orders and delivery arrangements.
• To prepare necessary business transaction related documents.
• To ensure sales collection while adhering to credit control measurements.
• To record and update sales data, as well as to generate sales reports.
• To formulate sales strategy, budgeting, policy matters and etc. as when required.
• To perform any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the Management from time to time.
