Sales Support - Hiring Immediately

Job description

• Responsible for handling the enquiries between internal and external.
• Responsible for handling the primary point of contact between direct sales and the company to ensure any issues/concerns are resolved promptly.
• Monitor direct sales data at all times, track and update parcel data
• Ensure that all store associates receive adequate training and are able to provide a good service experience in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum qualifications: SPM or higher, with relevant industry experience
• Work experience: More than 1 years of experience working in related fields
• Professional fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Proven success in being a team member of a fully functional team
• Hands-on work experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
• Strategic thinker with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; solve complex problems, and develop creative solutions
• Effective verbal communication, with the ability to serve a wide range of customers
• Own transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours & Working Location

• Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
• Working Address : 18, Jalan TPP 16, Taman Perindustrian Putra

Experience & Skills

• Working experience in general office administration support is preferred
• Well organized, detailed oriented and able to work independently under pressure
• Good command of English and Mandarin and proficient in MS Office applications
• Relevant working experience will be advantageous, candidates with STM/STPM are welcomed to apply as well.
• Candidates with data analysis skills will be added advantage.
• Candidates who are able to speak multiple language (e.g. Chinese, Malay, English) will be added advantage as the person required to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and internal departments.
