Job Description:
An operations and sales support will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of operations and providing crucial support to the sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
1) Coordination with agents across the globe to increase their efficiency.
2) Coordinate issues between the sales team and accounts team.
3) Regularly communicating with internal teams.
4) Analyse data to identify and rotate inventory in the most effective and efficient manner.
5) Build relationships with agents for market intelligence.
Key Requirements:
1)Require bachelor's degree.
2)Basic working knowledge of Excel, and spreadsheets, including Google workspace.
3)Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4)Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally and externally at all organizational levels.
5)Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills.
