Sales Support officer / Administrator - Urgent Hiring

Alloy Technology Sdn Bhd is expanding & in line with the rapid expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join us as an Sales Support Officer / Adminstrator.

You will be responding to sales inquiries, preparation of tenders, quotations, and sales promotions.

What do we need you to do?

• You need to handle orders from customers, including order entry, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery.
• You need to assist in all necessary marketing efforts for the sales department, gathering, and sharing sales and market information with our Branch office.
• You need to coordinate with production personnel on the follow-up of production schedule, delivery, and other relevant sales contract matters.
• You will be following up with customers after sales to gather feedback, address any issues, and nurture ongoing relationships.
• You will be acting as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with product information or order status.

What do we need from you?

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships or coursework are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
