Sales Support Specialist - Start Immediately

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager with various tasks.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries, processing quotations, and ensuring timely response.
• Sales Process Adherence: Meticulously maintain all sales activities within the framework of our established sales process, ensuring all steps are followed accurately and efficiently.
• IATF Quality Management: Uphold the company's commitment to IATF quality standards by implementing and monitoring procedures within the sales and customer service function.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and other relevant sales data.
• Reporting: Generate reports on sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics as required.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) and external customers to ensure clear and consistent information flow.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales related role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• Working knowledge of IATF quality management systems a plus. 
• Working knowledge of a CRM system is a plus (Nolato is using Sales Force)
