Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Design:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements. Analyses technical requirements and translates them into implementable application designs and configurations. Evaluates possibilities with different technologies and application on FWD’s tech stack, focusing on SFMC and SFFSC Design and develop technical solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals. Integration and Data Synchronization:
Developing in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Design System, and other technologies to build customised solutions. Configure and manage REST and SOAP API integrations between SFFSC, SFMC, and other systems. Ensure data synchronisation and consistency across application to enable unified customer views. Ensure adherence to encryption protocols and data best practices to safeguard customer information. Campaign Targeting and Segmentation:
Develop custom SQL queries in SFMC to extract, transform, and load data for extraction and targeted marketing campaigns. Ensure adherence to encryption protocols and data best practices to safeguard customer information. SFMC Content Customisation and Personalisation:
Utilize AMPscript, SSJS, dynamic content, and personalisation to create engaging and relevant email and web experiences. Implement advanced scripting for dynamic content, personalized recommendations, and interactive elements. Perform advanced Cloud Page setup using JavaScript to enhance user interactivity and engagement. Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Providing technical support for SFFSC and SFMC, ensuring the smooth operation of the platform and addressing any issues or discrepancies. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to ensure campaign success. Qualifications:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in development on Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Experienced in integrating Salesforce with other applications. Proficiency in writing Apex classes and triggers. Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML/CSS and SSJS for advanced customisation and personalisation. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and segmentation tasks Experience with SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, data extensions, encryption methods, and integration patterns. Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer or Consultant. Certified Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Administrator. Technical expertise in Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder. Be able to understand ETL and data migration best practices. Knowledge of additional products such as Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, MC Personalisation (Interaction Studio), MC Data Cloud is a plus. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. About Encora
