Sales/Technical Executive - Fast Hire

Responsibilities:

· To promote Lacto products and its various application through marketing activities.

· To conduct demo or roadshow at customer sites (mainly Bakery Ingredients Shops, Bakery & Confectioneries, Convenience stores) for sales & promotion of cheese products.

· To utilize social media (internet, blog, Instagram etc.) to create product awareness.

· To perform sales visit, telemarketing sales & follow up sales proposals.

· Liaising with internal sales teams or customers to identify the market expectation, trends and opportunities.

· To assist Bakery Chef for recipes development as and when necessary. Technical training will be provided for basic baking knowledge.

· To participate in food sampling preparation for roadshow & baking demo.

· Willing to travel within Malaysia to support customer sales activities.

· To perform ad-hoc tasks which assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

· Passionate in culinary and baking.

· Knowledge of Bakery & Confectionery related skill is preferable.

· Minimum 3 years working experience is preferable.

· Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Malay.

· Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to

deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

· Able to work independently in assigned location for roadshow event.

· Demonstrate positive attitude, self-discipline & aggressive.

· Good promoting skill & sales driven.
