Our expansion continues yearly, and we are currently progressing with the launch of our sixth salon for 2024. Job Overview

Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the day-to-day operations of each nail salon outlet. Reporting to the Managing Director the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nail spa supervisors, setting, and achieving sales targets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of each nail spa outlet, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
2. Drive monthly sales targets in line with the business growth plan and monitor performance against these targets.
3. Negotiate supplier contracts and optimize staff scheduling.
4. Implement training programs and create a positive work environment.
5. Ensure each outlet maintains high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and brand promotion.
6. Monitor and analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform business strategies.
7. Foster open communication channels between headquarters, supervisors, and staff members to promote a collaborative and supportive work environment.
8. As a retail store operation, you will be required to work on a rotational basis, including some weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience retail store management is essential. Experience in health & wellness retail store management is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction ratings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and operational best practices.
• Fluent in both written and oral English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysian.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
