Key Competencies and Skills
The ideal candidate will demonstrate capability across one or more of the following competency areas, aligned to transformation, cloud advisory, and technology excellence:
IT Service Management (ITSM) & ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, including process definition, optimization, and integration within enterprise environments
• Experience supporting or delivering ITSM implementations, including end-to-end lifecycle exposure for platforms such as ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ServiceNow application design, configuration, and integration with third-party systems
• Exposure to ServiceNow deployments, instance migrations, consolidations, and upgrade activities
• Understanding of orchestration, automation, and operational support models within ITSM environments
• Ability to align ITSM processes with business requirements and industry best practices
• Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow System Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or ITIL V4 Foundation are advantageous
Value Realization & Transformation Impact
• Ability to support development of value realization frameworks, including defining KPIs and success metrics for transformation initiatives
• Experience in structuring business value measurement approaches aligned to strategic objectives
• Exposure to financial analysis concepts such as cost modelling, benefit tracking, and investment prioritization
• Understanding of how to track, measure, and communicate transformation outcomes to stakeholders
Program & Transformation Management
• Exposure to planning and supporting complex transformation programmes across multiple workstreams
• Understanding of governance structures, reporting frameworks, and risk management (RAID logs, status reporting)
• Familiarity with transformation methodologies, including Agile and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
• Ability to support delivery tracking against timelines, budgets, and quality expectations
Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support senior stakeholders in transformation initiatives
• Exposure to facilitating workshops, capturing decisions, and translating them into actionable outputs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to develop structured, client-ready materials and insights
Team Contribution & Practice Development
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based environments and contribute to shared outcomes
• Interest in contributing to knowledge-sharing, capability development, and practice-building initiatives
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt in fast-paced consulting environments
Industry & Domain Awareness
• Awareness of enterprise transformation challenges across industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Telecommunications, and others
• Understanding of regulatory, operational, and technology considerations within ASEAN markets is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Analyst: Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience; Consultant: Minimum 5+ years of experience in technology consulting or transformation environments
• Experience supporting or delivering large-scale transformation or consulting engagements, with exposure to execution against defined roadmaps
• Understanding of agile transformation delivery, with exposure to advising, scoping, or supporting implementation of technology-enabled initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured deliverables
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and contribute to client-facing outputs
