SAP FICO Functional Consultant

Requirements

• 6–9 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Functional Consultant.
  


• Experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Finance and Controlling solutions.
  


• Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules to meet business and financial requirements.
  


• Manage core Finance processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and COPA.
  


• Support financial reporting, cost controlling, and period-end/year-end closing activities.
  


• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
  


• Perform system configuration, functional testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  


• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing functional support to business users.
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAP MM, SD, and PP, to ensure seamless process integration.
  


• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and testing artifacts.
  


• Strong expertise in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, COPA).
  


• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and functional enhancements.
  


• Experience supporting financial reporting, cost tracking, and financial closing processes.
  


• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP modules.
  


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  


• Exposure to global SAP implementations or application support (AMS) projects.
