SAP HR Functional

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• You will become an authority in the GENM Human Capital Management and Payroll Software solution


• Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the solution, demonstrate the configurations, and assist the client in testing the solution.


• You will work with the client to help convert legacy data to SAP


• You will find opportunities to position other service offerings.


• Ensure the client is referenceable once in production.


• You will participate in update training and other events that help share one?s product skills with other consultants.


• Provide status reports and keep team apprised of overall project status.

Knowledge Base:

• Demonstrable experience implementing HCM and payroll systems


• Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company


• Experience implementing SAP or similar applications.


• You should have know multiple disciplines such as, HCM business process, recruiting, absence management, compensation, performance management, benefits administration, and payroll processing

Skill Set:

• Bachelor degree required


• Passion for customer service


• Demonstrated project management experience


• Functional and technical experience a plus


• Excellent verbal and written communication prowess


• Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities


• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training


• Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus


• PMP certification a plus


• Ability to travel
