Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is seeking a Scheduler Engineer to join our team. The Scheduler Engineer will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our clients are supplied with highly skilled professionals with sophisticated skills in the Oil and Energy industry.
If selected, the work location would be in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress against the established baseline and providing regular updates.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and resolve issues related to schedule adherence and recommend corrective actions as appropriate.
- Analyze project data and forecasts to identify potential schedule risks and proactively develop strategies to minimize and mitigate delays.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in project scheduling processes, tools, and techniques, and work with project teams to implement changes.
- Provide technical expertise and support in the development of time-phased project budgets and resource plans.
- Review and assess the accuracy and completeness of schedule inputs and outputs, including logic, durations, constraints, and critical path.
- Ensure that all schedule-related communications are delivered on time and to the appropriate level of detail and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 9+ years of experience in project scheduling in the Oil and Energy industry.
- Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including earned value management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
