School Swimming Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead swim lessons tailored to various skill levels, from water familiarization to advanced stroke technique.
• Ensure a safe and secure learning environment by enforcing pool rules and maintaining constant vigilance.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school's swimming curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding program goals and student progress.
• Strictly adhere to all child protection protocols.
• Help teach after-school activities

Physical Education Technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the safety and functionality of PE equipment through regular inspections and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and organized PHE environment (storage areas and sports facilities).
• Assist the PHE teachers and coaches with lesson setup and equipment management.
• Assist and help with after-school activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Exercise Science, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience working in physical education or related field.
• Experience teaching children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong focus on safety and a passion for creating a positive learning experience.
• Certified Swimming Instructor preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and a passion for physical activity.
• Ability to work effectively with children and follow instructions.
