SCM Specialist (Planning and Sourcing) - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities : 

1. Based on the customer's demand plan, prepare the company's production and material arrival plan, track and monitor order fulfillment, assist in resolving process abnormalities, and ensure the timely arrival of supporting production materials and temporary procurement materials;
2.responsible for raw material procurement plan according to the sales plan and sourcing new suppliers;
3. Implement order signing, follow up the order fulfillment process, and ensure that orders are signed and fulfilled in a timely manner;
4. Conduct overall monitoring of inventory amounts, ensure the rationality of purchases, and control inventory turnover days;
5. Confirm the invoicing status of all purchased materials every month, supervise monthly payments and expense reimbursements, assist in resolving abnormalities, and ensure that budget indicators are achieved (measurement standards;
6. Review invoice documents to ensure that purchasing documents are accurate;
7. Formulate and implement payment plans based on supplier account periods;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business / Non-Engineering or Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the relevant field and industry.
• Well versed in Supply Chain especially Sourcing，Order, Planning & Purchasing.
• Experience in working at fast paced working environment.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: English, Malay and Mandarin, candidate who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidate to interact with Mandarin-speaking counterpart.
