Scrum Master

We have an urgent requirement for Scrum Master is required for our client in Malaysia

We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

·        Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

·        Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions

·        Help the team identify and remove blockers

·        Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices

·        Track and report on team performance metrics

·        Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment

·        Work with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness

·        Promote continuous improvement through feedback and retrospectives

·        Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks and delivery timelines

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field

·        5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery

·        Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles

·        Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

·        Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
