Key Requirements:
Familiar with land offices/stamp office/bank portals and able to liaise with clients and government authorities e.g. land office, stamp office, Inland Revenue Board, etc.
The Secretaries would be expected to be a team-player, able to provide secretarial and administrative support to multiple lawyers simultaneously, which would require excellent time management and organisational skills.
Basic requirements are an ability to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia and skills in operating common processing software such as Microsoft Office – Word/Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
