In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn BhdJob Description
Manage and Arrange RCEO Calendars and Appointments.
To assist RCEO in maintaining meeting schedule and appointment. (within FGV staff, vendors, analyst and outsiders) To assist RCEO in preparation of correspondence, report, presentation materials, minutes of department meeting and others as requested.
Manage and Arrange RCEO Personal Administration.
To assist RCEO on flight bookings, hotel accommodation, transport and others in relation to meeting/ event. To assist RCEO on his submission of claims (medical, travel, telephone allowances , gratuity & etc.), leave and other related personal matters and other requirements as requested.
Preparing RCEO Documents.
Preparing and distributing paper and documents for meeting. Update and preparing documents for Board of Director Meeting. To assist preparing of visa application, sponsor letters and other documentations for overseas travelling in relation to meetings/events. Updating and maintain records/reports for RCEO.
Filing and storing administrative documents.
