Responsibilities:
- To attend all private secretarial duties, personal, administrative, confidential matters.
- Responsible for taking minutes of meetings, distribution of agenda, coordination and compilation of management and monthly reports when required.
- Responsible for the administration of the filing and documentation.
- Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications i.e., memos, letters, emails. To draft and prepare correspondence.
- Organize internal events and meetings as and when required.
- Responsible to undertake any other ad-hoc task or duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Professional Certificate in Secretarial/Private Secretarial Studies Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in secretarial and office admin.
- Good in preparing/drafting correspondences and writing materials.
- Able to maintain confidentially at all time.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
