Secure Lending Accountant - Fund Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing full set of Singapore and overseas accounts with regards to Aspial’s secured lending business arm
• Responsible for billing, AR tracking, payments and cash flow forecast
• Preparation of financial schedules and management reports
• Handling GST return and corporate income tax matters
• Ensuring compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory requirements and group policies
• Liaison with both internal and external parties including fund managers, bankers, auditors, tax agents, and company secretarial agents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
• Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• A pro-active and independent individual who excels in a dynamic work environment
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity
• Fund and/ or loan accounting, and position reconciliation experience will be advantageous
