Security Operations Manager

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :-

• Responsible for and direct the 24x7 operations of the Operations Centre operations.
• Manage, develop, administer, and review the Operations Centre’s processes and procedures.
• Work with the clients, management and stakeholders to develop and maintain plans, procedures, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain operational performance, morale and discipline of the Operations Centre team.
• Set standards, performance matrix and guidelines for the Operations Centre with the objective of driving operational excellence.
• Train and develop the competencies as part of the Operations Centre team.
• Monitor, coordinate, track, respond and manage security events and incidents according to prescribed procedures and processes, and provide real-time situation awareness to key stakeholder(s).
• Fulfil Client's audit and internal audit requirements.
• Oversee the management of the escalation of events and incidents.
• Collect, process, analyse and assess data and statistics for decision making.
• Prepare and submit reports required by the Management.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements :-

• Prior experience working in the security industry. (3-5 Years)
• Proficient in using computers and operating security systems such as video management systems, access control systems, visitor management systems etc.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and able to work under little or no supervision as well as able to work in a team environment.
• Able to multi-task and manage detail-oriented tasks.
• Able to remain calm, professional and perform under pressure.
• Strong situation judgment.
• Willingness to take instructions and learn.
