Security Personnel - Urgent Hiring

Key Responsibilities :

1) Responsible for maintaining the Resort's environment, guests, employees, and properties secure and safe from potential danger including wildlife threats.
2) Executing patrol, general surveillance, and daily report activities of the properties and areas registered under the Resort's management.
3) Provide assistance in data collection of risk assessments to mitigate potential risks.
4) Provide assistance in both operating and monitoring CCTV systems, alarms, safe and rescue systems, wildlife management, and other general access control systems.
5) Provide assistance in responding to safety, security, and wildlife incidents including prompt action execution, investigations, and preparing incident reports.
6) Provide assistance in general guest handling such as inquiries, lost and found activities, safety protocols, traffic movement and parking. 
7) Provide assistance to the Resort's management ensuring seamless safety and security measures in daily operations.
8) Work closely with the Safety & Security team to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
8) Adhere to all safety and health guidelines in handling general Safety & Security operations.

Job Requirement :

1) 5 working days with shift-type work schedules.
2) Technical Certificate, SPM or Diploma, equivalent certificates or experience.
3) Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Security Personnel in the Hospitality industry.
4) Familiar with the local and state regulations related to safety and security.
5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6) Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
7) Advantage candidate with additional Qualification Certificate such as First Aid, CPR, and AED, certifications.
9) Persistent in practicing and prioritizing the OSH in daily operations.
10) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
