Requirements
- Candidates must have minimum 2 years working experience in Company Secretarial Firm.
- Familiar with Companies Act 2016 and SSM Compliance.
- Candidates with Degree in Business/Admin/Finance/Law or relevant program.
- Candidates able to handle day-to-day Company Secretarial work
- Advising on Companies Act 2016 and SSM Compliance.
- Able to handle SSM deadlines
- Strong writing and communication skills.
Responsibility
- To assist Manager on day to day Company Secretarial Work, Compliance To Companies Act 2016, Compliance to SSM requirements with handling AFS, AR, BO, etc deadlines.
- Familiar with MBRS Annual Returns, MYCOID
- Handling of Incorporation of Sdn Bhd, various type of resolutions
- Handling of minutes and other related company secretarial work。
