Senior Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Processing:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and commissions accurately.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits to employees.
  
   

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual profit and loss statements (P&L) to monitor financial performance.
• Analyse P&L statements to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.

1. Accounts Receivable and Payable:

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and inquiries promptly.

1. Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
• Prepare and submit tax returns accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with tax advisors and authorities to address tax-related issues and inquiries.

1. Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted targets and provide variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.

1. Audit and Compliance:

• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and assistance as required.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in accounting, payroll processing, and financial analysis, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (SQL) and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
