Senior Account Executive - Professional Development Opportunities

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Role mainly in handling of personal finance for CEO
• Handling full set of account and perform month end closing in a timely manner for 4 small investment companies
• Prepare bank reconciliation, monitor daily bank balances and forecast cash flow
• Prepare monthly management reports and other accounting/finance related matters
• Assist in financial statement and tax preparation for month end and year end closing
• Preparing of monthly, quarterly and yearly budget
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries as per SOP
• Monitor and follow up on share trading accounts
• Responsible on payment settlement of CEO's bills and claims and CEO's office condition
• Handle private and confidential matters and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
• Handle multiple tasks, well organize, detailed-oriented and high commitment to meet deadlines
• Undertake any ad-hoc task as and when require by management
• Emphasis on work life balance
• Report to Managing Director and Senior PA to CEO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Possess Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with minimum of 7 years accounting/finance work experience
• Candidates with experience in investment companies for properties and equities will be preferred
• Candidates with experience in share market such as rights issues, bonus issues and other share related matters will be preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skill
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience in AutoCount software will be an added advantage
• Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Location: Co-working space around KLCC area. (Next to Persiaran KLCC MRT Station)
