SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (会计主管) RM4500-RM5500 - Urgent Role

Job Description

• Handles full sets of accounts including journal entries, prepare all accounts schedules to ensure accurate and timely provision are made for monthly expenditure, fixed assets, accruals, month end closing and year-end audit activities.
• To assist in the daily accounting matter to meet required deadlines and to ensure all works is performed effectively and efficiently.
• Communicate and liaise with auditor, company secretary, bankers, customer & government authorities.
• Handle daily accounting transaction & monitor cash flow.
• Perform any other accounting/ finance duties and responsibilities as and when necessary and Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management.

Requirements

• Candidate must posses at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (those have accounting experience in retail chain store will be an advantage) .
• Able to start work ASAP will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skill, responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to multi-task and resourceful.
• Well-versed in SQL, MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Working Location at Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. 
• Working Days :

     Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)

     Saturday ( Alternate Half Day)
