Monthly Closing / GL function
- Coordinate with team and complete MSR with meet the deadline given.
- Prepared and key in all the GL journal before doing MSR.
- Make sure meet monthly, quarterly and yearly report submission timeline
- Intercompany transaction reconciliation
- Prepare key account commission / incentive
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting as per corporate requirement
- Deal with auditor for yearly closing
- Deal with Tax agent on yearly tax computation
Costing
- Calculate New Item Costing
- Costing revision every Jan / Apr / Jul / Oct
- Selling price revision every Feb / May / Aug / Nov
- Advise selling price to inter-co
- Checking revise price from supplier
Others job
- Prepare monthly / quarterly / yearly incentive based on scheme for sales person
- Review intercompany transaction and make sure all close on time and reconcile.
- Review Fixed assets and make sure sighting was perform according to policy
- Reconcile ATL with marketing team on the usage
- To perform any ad-hoc assignments from Superior / Management from time to time.
Others Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years of accounts working experience or,
- Degree with at least 2 years of accounting experience.
