SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER (PROPERTY MANAGEMENT)

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily accounting activities, supervise, direct, and review the work of accounting staff.
• Ensure monthly reports and payments are out on time and in accurate manner for the clients and vendors.
• Manage and grow a team of personnel to serve client’s needs, including work review, coaching and staff development.
• Attends monthly meeting, EGM and AGM, and present financial reports
• Screening employment candidates and conducting interviews.
• Preparation of budgets, forecast, cash flow management.
• Lead account personnel in handover/takeover matters.
• Provide guidance on complex financial issues.
• Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary ie. Auditor, tax agent.
• Liaising with committee members, local councils, relevant authorities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Accounting Degree or above.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Property management industry would be an added advantage.
• Independent, with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Mature personality who possesses excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated, and able to communicate well with people of all levels.
• Malaysian citizen.
