Senior Accounts Executive - Get Hired Fast

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare full set of accounts including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, bank reconciliation, cash flow forecast and budget planning.
• Processing, verifying and posting receipts for sales collection.
• Compile monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Matching and verifying cash expenses.
• Process staff claims and ensure all claims are properly authorized.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (eg. Disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable). Enter data into company’s finance system.
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
• Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.

Job Requirements :

• Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Good communication skills and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Meticulous, attention to detail, organized and accuracy.
• Computer literate, familiar with AutoCount software is an added advantage.
