Senior Admin Executive

- Responsible for managing and processing roadshow and exhibition applications including kiosk setup and product support to expand Coway Sales territory while complying with company policies.- Perform checks and monitoring on roadshow contracts, security deposits, and tenancy schedules.- Keep track of sales turnover report submissions.- Maintain data records accurately and confidentially.- Research and prepare project papers related to roadshow booths.- Collaborate with stakeholders on system enhancements and updates.- Prepare reports, analyses, presentations, and other documentation for the reporting manager.- Provide support and assistance to team members as required.- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager. - Minimum of 2 years of working experience with a Diploma or equivalent.- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.- Must have own transportation and be willing to travel.- Experience in retail operation management is an advantage.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities independently.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle stress and changes.- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
