Senior Analyst, Group IT Finance (Finance Analyst) - Rewarding Work

Roles and Responsibilities:

PR/PO

• Raising of PR/POs for AIA Shared Services Hong Kong/ ITM/ HK IT spending
• Work with relevant stakeholders for complete information to raise PR/PO
• Collaborate with vendors in timely manner for PO issued and follow up on invoicing against PO raised
• Perform invoice reconciliation where necessary
• Manage an effective communication with BU for direct billing
• Work proactively with relevant stakeholders to perform goods receipt in a timely manner on Ariba for services/work completed
• Ensure PR/PO raised is spent against the approved budget
• Perform accrual during year end on services/goods completed in the year
• Provide PR/PO reporting as needed

Process Improvement & Governance

• Identify any PR/PO gaps and improve current practice
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

• Accuracy of the PR/PO raised against approved budget
• Provide periodic reporting on a timely manner on aging PR/PO

Communication Requirements:

• Able to communicate with internal team lead / Project Manager and cross functional team.
• Able to develop rapport with responsible service providers but also able to deliver unfavorable messages

Minimum Job Requirements:

Relevant Experience

• At least 1-2 years of financial or accounting experience from service provider or same industry
• Exposure in IT / Infrastructure industry would be advantageous
• Good understanding of work processes, internal controls implementation and business acumen
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Well-versed with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
