Senior Architect - Middleware

Key Responsibilities

• Expert in business domain and industry processors and best practices
• Strong Exposure to Middleware
• Create and define both functional and non-functional requirements as per industry baseline
• Create and drive solution architecture with necessary and alternatives consideration with various business components
• Identify propose solution platforms and recommend most cost effective and time to market solutions
• Drive client communication and gap filling between business and technical team
• Lead Reviewing Effort estimations for pre-sales
• Lead Architecture reviews
• Ensure solution best practices and necessary design patterns are followed
• Create control and correct use of architecture
• Create Evaluation, R&D and POC new solution components
• Drive Strategizing and manage integrations

Person Specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 10 - 15 year(s) experience in Software Engineering
• Broad knowledge on different solution architecture and platforms
• Broad knowledge on industry solutions and best practices
• Expertise in different domains
• Experience in cloud services offerings
• Good understanding on Scrum and Agile practices
• Ability to learn other domains in a short time
• Technical and business stakeholder management
• Ability to drive business process re-engineering
• Understanding of capacity planning
