Senior Associate, Investment Operations - Positive Work Culture

• Perform timely and accurate daily holding and cash reconciliation for Alternative Investment Programs;
• Responsible for monitor the daily Corporate Actions and General Meetings;
• Responsible to assist superior and ensure the completion for each of Alternative Investment Programs;
• Maintain accurate investment records for Alternative Investment Programs in system;
• Responsible to prepare and check payment instruction timely to the respective custodian;
• Responsible to perform reconciliation on custodian fees timely;
• Responsible to check and ensure the completion of clients’ on-boarding documents and Term Sheets for each of Alternative Investment Programs;
• Prepare, monitor and working closely with custodian on the settlement instructions, account opening instructions & etc;
• Responsible for accurate and timely for various monthly reporting;
• Assume responsibility for other tasks as directed by superior and provide backup when necessary; and
• Liaise closely with external & internal stakeholders on Alternative Investment Programs’ related matters.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in related fields would be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Words will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and judgement skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• A good team player & respect teammate.
• Detail-oriented.
