Senior Associate, Risk Operations (Mandarin & English Support, Overnight Shift)

Who We Are: 

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Use tools such as phone, email, video, and support tickets to handle issues related to users flagged by risk control.


2. Monitor the progress of risk control issue resolutions, coordinate with various departments, and respond to messages in different group chats.


3. Review user documents strictly following the review procedures, in compliance with platform service terms and trading rules.

What We Look For in You:

1. A diploma in any discipline.


2. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin as the role requires to deal with China Mandarin speaking counterparts.


3. Must be upright, objective, and possess strong logical thinking skills.


4. Willing to work permanent overnight shifts.


5. Possess good interpersonal skills, communication, coordination, and stress tolerance, with experience in handling customer complaints or call center experience preferred.


6. Willing to work in Tun Razak Exchange, walking distance to MRT TRX.
