Senior Associate, Securities Borrowing Lending

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate trades for SBL borrowers and lenders.
• Responsible for managing and building SBL trading book while maximizing monthly profit and maintaining high book value.
• Responsible for booking, execution and authorization of SBL trades in Global One System.
• Maintain daily mark to market for loaned and borrowed securities.
• Monitor SBL loan collateral management for fees and interest.
• Provide analysis and information to clients and prospective clients on SBL product.
• Seek potential SBL clients from retail business.
• Responsible for preparing SBL presentation for marketing and roadshows.
• Providing SBL information such as demand list to retail business.
• Responsible for reconciliation of SBL monthly P&L.
• Assists in providing management and finance department monthly P&L reporting.
• Assisted in counterparty onboarding by assisting in the execution of GMSLA.
• Liaise closely with internal stakeholders such as Risk, IT and internal Audit to assist on any department queries.
• Perform backup role for trading related matters, as and when required.

Job Requirements:
