Job Responsibilities :
- Assist Senior Manager/Assistant Manager with the implementation of internal audit assignments including planning and execution of audit fieldwork as well as reporting activities.
- Responsible for the implementation of audit procedures throughout the organization and participates in the development of functional strategy.
- Evaluate the organization's risk landscape to identify potential risks to financial stability, operational efficiency, legal compliance, and reputation. This involves conducting risk assessments and developing a comprehensive risk management strategy.
- Develop and implement annual audit plans based on risk assessment outcomes. This includes scheduling audits, allocating resources, and overseeing the execution of audits to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards. This includes staying updated on regulatory changes and advising management on compliance issues.
- Oversees and ensures team’s audit quality and effectiveness.
- Provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback to team members to enhance their capabilities.
