Senior Baker/ Demi Chef / CDP

1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality baking standard within the specialty section. 
2. Assisting the Head chef and sous chef to define menu concepts and develop pastries. 
3. Helping with the management of health and safety practices.
4. Monitoring supplies and assisting with recipe costing, portion and inventory control, produces pastry/desserts for the account within budgetary guidelines as directed.
5. Coordinates and/or supervises daily production of baked goods, participates in costing and ordering related to bakery items/products/menu. 
6. Manage their kitchen stations, order food and supplies, and cut down on kitchen waste.

Qualification & Experience

1. Have at least 2 years and above of working experiences in a professional baking kitchen.
2. Preferably Senior Executive or Team Lead specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. 
3. Candidate will act as a Food Preparation/Kitchen Hand for this job position. 
4. Responsible for opening the bakery in the morning, baking fresh loaves of bread, setting out the pastries and preparing fresh bread, pastries and other baked goods for the following day.
5. Have eye for details, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
6. Excellent team work and time-management skills.
7. Ability to work under a fast-paced environment. 
8. Open to learning and growing.
