· Plan and execute brand and business objectives, ensuring achievement of KPIs.

· Conduct market trend analysis, monitor competitor activities, and recommend proactive strategies.
· Ensure seamless execution of product launches and trade marketing activities according to the Marketing Calendar, with the goal of increasing awareness, customer recruitment, retention, and consumption.
· Track and analyze business and channel sales performance, providing follow-up action plans.
· Full responsibility for budget management and financial performance of the brand.
· Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
· Prior experience in managing skincare or fragrance brands is an added advantage.
· Strategic mindset, analytical and insight-driven to identify and create opportunities.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Team player with confidence to work independently.
· Innovative, adaptable, and able to multitask with strong time management.
· Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
